franchise leaders

Monthly sessions built around your real challenges

Built for two kinds of
franchise leaders.

Franchisors

You've built something real.
Now you need the room to grow it.

You're running a 30–200 unit system and the founder playbook is starting to hit its limits. Growth requires a different kind of thinking — and a different kind of conversation.

  • Moving from founder mode to CEO mode
  • Navigating growth, governance, and team
  • Making smarter decisions with less noise
  • Learning from peers who've been exactly where you are

Franchise Suppliers

You know the industry.
This room helps you win in it.

Franchise suppliers face a unique challenge: trust is everything, relationships take time, and the room you need to be in keeps moving. This group puts you in the right conversation.

  • Build credibility inside franchise systems
  • Develop strategic partner positioning
  • Access peer insight from operators who buy what you sell
  • Think longer and smarter about your market

Simple structure.
Serious outcomes.

01

A conversation first

Every member starts with a discovery call. Not a sales call — a real conversation to make sure the fit is right for you and for the group. Confidentiality and trust are everything here.

02

Monthly peer sessions

3.5-hour structured sessions, 8:30am–noon Central. Built around a topic, hot seat conversations, and accountability. Eight members maximum — enough perspective, not too much noise.

03

Ongoing accountability

Quarterly all-member calls, monthly commitments, and a group that holds you to what you said you'd do. The accountability is real. So is the progress.

More than a meeting.
A better way to think.

The value isn't the agenda. It's the room — the pattern recognition, the candor, and the perspectives you can't get anywhere else.

Pattern Recognition

Peers who've seen the movie before. Experienced facilitators who recognize the patterns before you've finished the sentence.

Real Candor

No posturing. No pitching. A confidential environment where you can say what's actually happening and get straight feedback in return.

Better Judgment

The goal isn't more information — it's better decisions. Every session is designed to sharpen how you think, not just what you know.

Accountability That Works

The people in the room will remember what you said you'd do. That's not pressure — it's the point.

"This isn't a networking club. It's a strategic peer room — and there's a difference."
  • Facilitated, not loosely organized. Every session has structure and intention. The conversation goes deep because someone is guiding it there.
  • Experience-based, not framework-driven. You'll hear what people actually did, what actually happened, and what they'd do differently — not a scripted methodology.
  • Capped at 8. Small enough to matter. Every voice in the room carries weight.
  • Month-to-month. 3-month minimum recommended. No long-term contracts. You stay because it's working.
John Francis — Johnny Franchise

John Francis

Known as Johnny Franchise®

John has spent more than 30 years inside franchising — as a franchisor, franchisee, area developer, board member, and advisor. He's seen what it looks like when systems work, and what it costs when they don't. That experience is what he brings into every mastermind session.

He's not a coach with a methodology. He's a practitioner with pattern recognition — and he's been in the room for most of the situations your peers are navigating right now. His role in these groups is to facilitate honest conversation, keep the group on track, and occasionally say the thing nobody else is saying.
